Shri Dinsha Patel has been associated with over 50 not-for-profits in his career span. At present, he serves 20+ organizations, to name a few:

• Sardar Patel National Memorial Society - Sardar Patel National Memorial and Museum is a nationally recognized organization honoring and memorializaing the legendary Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Shri Dinsha Patel joined as a working member and is now the Chairman of the Memorial Trust since 2002. During his tenure as acting Chairman, he helped raise over 20 crores in Government funds and additional funds through private donors. Located in Shahibaug, Ahmedabad, Sardar Patel National Memorium today is a state of the art facility housing 100s of memorablia of Shri Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and various attractions including a 3D show, multimedia infographics and beatifully landscaped Mughal Gardens.

• Sardar Patel Trust, Karamsad- long term Trustee and worked in collaboration with Sardar Patel National Memorial Society to raise over 3 crores in Government funds during his tenure Member of Parliament and as Union Minister for Government of India.

• Mahagujarat Medical Society, Nadiad - long term acting President and now primary donor to fund various projects including but not limited to establishing state of the art and nationally recognized Dinsha Patel Nursing College.

• Hindu Anath Ashram, Nadiad - Hindu Anath Ashram is a landmark in Nadiad and well renowed as a safe and fully equipped orphanage facility where over orphaned children receive shelter, education and additional help to set them up for success in life. Shri Dinsha Patel serves as the President for Hindu Anath Ashram and is lovably called as "Dinsha Dada" (grand father) by all the children at the Ashram.

• Nadiad Balkan-ji-Bari - Grassroot organization established in the early 1900s to provide a facility for children of all ages with a facility to express their creative minds and provide exposure to various atheletic activities. Shri Dinsha Patel is the long term acting President for the organization. During his tenure he has helped raise various government and private funds and also established the state of the art and first ever in the State of Gujarat, The Dinsha Patel Planeterium.

Shri Dinsha Patel serves on the Board of Governors for world-renowed Dharmsinh Desai University and on the Committee for Healthcare at Charotar University of Science and Technology.

In addition to the above, Shri Dinsha Patel served as President to Kheda District Cricket Association and long term member of the Gujarat Cricket Association. During his tenure, he helped setup Pavilion, turf wickets, cricket kits and various awards and shields for Under 16 Cricket tournaments withint he Kheda District Cricket Association.
